Due to the abundance of fish in my kitchen, I have tried a couple of new recipes lately. The first was given to me by Mary Sanz. It’s called Buttery Fish and it is now included in the “iQue Sabroso!” section of the website as well as by clicking here.
The second is Mary Beth’s Shrimp and Sausage Stuffed Poblanos. I substituted bacon and fish and it was wonderful!
By the way, the cookbooks are almost ready. I have five sets of recipes printed out and as soon as I can get to town for dividers and sheet protectors, I will be ready for a cook book stuffing party.
