Water aerobics will officially begin on December 3rd at 9:30 AM in the phase 1 pool. This year we will combine the arm exercises with jogging or other aerobic activities. Go for the Burn! If you’re interested, plan to arrive at 9:15 for the first session. Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30.
Also looking for others who are interested in leading the class/sharing exercises that you do at your classes at home.
