Carnival Fireworks Dinner

 Hello . My name is Abraham Salazar. I’m promoting an amazing  dinner for this February 22nd to see the Fireworks at Olas Altas avenue. We Will have live music at the event, raffles, and great food for celebrating that day. I organized this dinner last year it was a great event and it is only once a year. It is necessary to make a reservation and pay for the ticket in advance since this is a private event and no tickets will be sold at the event that day.

                The Price is $1600 per guest, we have a $10 off in groups of 10 or more, this includes transportation from the bottom of the hill to the house and back. This year Mazatlan celebrates The American Continet during its 122nd Carnival, In Mazatlan Live Tours we will celebrate it with a lovely 3 course dinner, appetizer, main course and dessert, each dish will represent the union of the american countries. We will include flavores, textures and aspects caractheristics of our continent.

First course / Appetizer 

American Fiesta

  1. A grilled mini sirloin hamburguer marinated, mix with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, served with fries
  2. An Argentine choripán, dehydrated tomato with garlic and scented herbal oil
  3. Canape topped with a pate of smoked Chilean salmon and sweet peppers.

Main Course

The rhytim of the Pacific

  1. A grilled beef fillet marinated in Rosemary and garlic, Shrimps “Al pastor” with chunks of grilled pineapple, potatoe mousse and grilled vegetables.

2. Dessert

Viva America 

A traditional Creamy and delicate Crème Brûlée a recipe from Biarritz town the Basque region at the south-west of France accompanied by candied red fruits
